Returns and Exchanges

At Teddy’s, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

  1. Returns: If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return your items. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges.

  2. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange your items. All exchanged items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive your exchanged items, we will ship your replacement items to you at no additional charge.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive any items that are damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return your items. Once we receive your returned items, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.

  4. Refunds: All refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  5. Shipping Costs: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs for returned items unless the item was damaged or defective.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
