2020 Fabien Jouves Mas del Perie 'Les Agudes' Vin de France Hewitson Organic and biodynamically farmed GamayGrapes are manually harvested from biodynamically farmed young (20 year old) vineyards. A combination of direct pressed grapes and whole clusters are softly pressed. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast in stainless steel vats and barrels. Les Agudes ages for 6 months in stainless steel vats, barrels and casks before bottling. This wine is unfined and unfiltered. SO2 additions are 0 30 mg L dependent on vintage.
